Last Monday night at Food Trucks at Arts Park I had what I’ll call a game changer. This came out of left field for me since I was looking to eat anything but this from the Box of Chacos Food Truck. They’ve got an Asian/Mexican fusion of sorts working here and there’s 1 secret menu item, the Kimchi Burger. The Kimchi Burger is a Seasoned/Marinated Black Angus Beef Patty, Fried Cheese, Colby Jack Cheese, Their Quick Kimchi & Miso Special Sauce. A Taco version of this exists but I can’t imagine that it packs the flavor wallop that this Burger does.”
