We can feed your guests an amazing meal from our Award Winning Food Truck, our Pop-Up Catering Service or even our Private Chef Service! Regardless of what you need, we’re equipped to make it happen.
Our Food Truck Catering Service is an excellent choice for so many events! Our mobility allows us to bring our kitchen directly to you, whether it’s your house, office, local brewery or even the beach. Your guests can enjoy a selection of passed appetizers and then order their entrees directly from the truck. Such a fun, engaging and tasty way to feed your friends and family!
Food Truck won’t fit? No problem! We have a complete mobile Pop-Up kitchen with commercial equipment, tables, coolers and the proper sanitation tools to ensure your food is freshly cooked, properly prepared and served in style. Same great menus, same awesome flavors just from a much smaller foot print.
Have something a bit smaller and a little more intimate? We can do that, too! We can provide our Private Chef services for those times when you’re having a small dinner within the comfort of your own home. We bring everything we need to cook and serve an amazing meal to you and your guests. Perfect for doing a Fine Dining Tasting Menu, Beer/Wine/Bourbon Pairings or simply a delicious multi-course meal!

We have countless menu ideas and are constantly developing new ones. Don’t see exactly what you’re looking for? Let us know! We can gladly brainstorm some new ideas and make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. We’re well versed in Asian, Latin, Spanish, Cajun/Creole, Italian, French, BBQ/Southern Style or a Fusion of them all! We do amazing food, period! Whether it’s Fine Dining or our amazing Tacos you’ll be glad to know you’re getting a great meal.
Full Service Catering Packages are also available. We can provide everything you need for a successful event from tables, chairs, tents, linens, silver/stem/service ware, etc., as well as complete staffing, DJ, photographer and more! We work with some great local rental companies and have access to anything you can imagine. Our service and bar staff are industry trained, professional, courteous and are all invested in helping make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Once we narrow down the choices we’ll arrange a tasting-we’ll have you out to one of our local events and let you try the items. After you’re completely satisfied, we’ll iron out service details, any staffing and rentals you need, etc. and get a finalized contract and deposit. Easy does it!
