We have access to a nearly endless list of rental items like tables, chairs, tents, DJ, bounce houses and so much more! We can take your ideas and make them a reality-all you have to do is show up and have a great time!
We also work with numerous, experienced industry professionals who are some of the top bartenders and servers in the area. We pride ourselves on having courteous, professional and talented staffers to help make sure your party is a success!
Our Chef & Owner works with you on developing a perfect, signature menu for you and your guests. Many catered events in Miami have several out of town visitors so incorporating some of the local flavors is a very popular choice. We have an assortment of appetizers & entrees for any occasion and will help you pick the selections that best fit your needs. And don’t forget a tasting! Picking and looking at all these beautiful dishes is only part of the fun-once we have a direction for the menu, we’ll setup a time and place for a tasting (complimentary with deposit). We want to make sure you love every single bite and are happy to make some tweaks. Have a favorite dish you’re looing for? No problem! We have you covered! Cooking great food is what we do and we want you and you’re guests to be blown away!
And don’t forget our food truck! Our “Rolling Kitchen” is fully equipped to handle events from 10-1000 people (more if needed). Our concept is so unique and delicious but we’re capable of so much more! We have some of the best fine dining experience in a variety of cuisines such as Asian, Spanish, Italian, French, Southern, Cajun/Creole, BBQ, & more! All cooked fresh and served in style for you and your guests to love!
A Miami Style Food Truck Catering can be a great way to enjoy everything South Florida has to offer: an amazing meal, outside (did I hear Beach Party?!) with some tasty libations, great music and a group of your friends and family…doesn’t get much better than that!
Budgets are also easily accommodated. We make sure you get the best bang for the buck and have the value you deserve. Our custom packages can be modified to make sure we meet your budget and you can guarantee no corners will be cut when it comes to the quality of your food. We only make awesome, delicious food and will find a way to make it as reasonably as possible!

Booking us for your Miami Catering is as easy as can be. We will build a perfect menu together and will have you out for a tasting at your earliest convenience. After we finalize your menu, we’ll agree on the price, address any other options you may need (like rentals, staffing, etc.) and confirm your date with a 50% deposit. It’s that easy!
