Birthday Party!

Nothing says Happy Birthday like some amazing food and a guaranteed great time! We’ve spent countless hours developing Birthday Catering packages that fit just about any budget and situation and would love to help celebrate yours!

Our Food Truck is extremely popular for Birthday Parties and we can cater with out Pop-Up Service as well. You can’t go wrong with either option: the Food Truck is a fun, exciting way to bring restaurant quality food directly to your party. Guests can enjoy your signature menu freshly prepared and served straight from the truck!

The Pop Up Service is great for those times when the food truck isn’t necessary (or wont’ fit). We have a well-equipped “mobile kitchen” with all the necessary equipment to execute your menu exactly as we would from the truck or even a restaurant! All food is properly stored, freshly prepared and served from a small and convenient 10×10 area. Same great menu, same amazing quality-just in a smaller package!

Usually our top Birthday Catering Packages include our killer Chinese Tacos but we have so much more to offer! Some of the other options are:

• Gourmet Burger Bar w/Black Angus Beef grilled to perfection & served with a guest’s choice of Applewood Bacon, Avocado Relish, Sunny Side Up Egg, Duck Confit, Pork Belly, Tomato Jam, Jalapeno BBQ Sauce, Heirloom Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions & so much more!

• Traditional Mexican Fare such as Burritos, Chimichangas, Fajitas, Classic Tacos (Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Chicken, Fish), Rice & Beans, Guacamole & Salsa (Check out our Ceviche, Guac & Salsa Bars as well!)

• Variety of Passed Appetizers-perfect for birthday parties where cocktailing and socializing is key. You and your guests are served a delicious mix of smaller bites throughout the course of the night. Typically 5-7 choices per person works out to be the right amount of food while providing an amazing amount of variety to enjoy!

• Mix of the Above – We can provide an hour or so of passed appetizers followed by entrees, served from the truck. Great idea for keeping things nice and casual with the added benefit of having some snacks while everyone mingles.

Looking to entertain the little ones and keep the adults happy? Not a problem-we can do that too! We gladly cater Kid Friendly Birthday Parties complete with menu selections that will please everyone. We can even please picky eaters so let us know what works and we’ll make it happen!

We have a very hands on approach to building your menu and can usually come up with some great ideas to help you get the best bang for your buck-we cook amazing food with great ingredients but still pride ourselves in being reasonable. Feel free to email us with your budget and goals and we’ll do everything we can to make it a reality. Service times are usually 2-3 hours but we’re flexible and can often accommodate.
